Support and Integration Guide
Last updated 2026-09-04
This page describes how to reach CreateX support, our response commitments, and how to add, use and remove the Zoom and Tencent Meeting integrations. Both administrators and employees can contact us directly.
01Support service
- Support email: contact@createx-ai.hk (send all technical, account and integration questions here, including your company name and account email).
- Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Hong Kong time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays.
- First response SLA: requests received during business hours get a first response within 1 business day; incidents affecting login or data access for all users are handled at the highest priority.
- Creating a support case: sending an email creates a case; we reply by email and follow up until it is closed.
- Knowledge base: this page and the FAQ on the home page are the current self-serve documentation; customers on a commercial agreement receive a dedicated onboarding guide.
02Zoom integration guide
CreateX connects to Zoom through Zoom's official OAuth authorization to create online meetings, read the details of meetings you created, and, after a meeting ends, retrieve the cloud recording transcript to generate minutes. The authorization requests only the permissions these features need.
- Adding: sign in to CreateX → open the personal menu at the bottom left → Settings → Meeting settings → click "Connect" on the Zoom card → sign in on Zoom's authorization page and click "Allow" → you are returned to CreateX and the card shows "Connected". The first provider you connect becomes the default; you can change it with "Set as default" at any time.
- Using: on the Meetings page click "New meeting", choose "Online", and the provider shows as Zoom (read-only). CreateX creates the meeting through Zoom and writes the join link into the meeting and the invitees' calendar invitations. After the meeting ends, if cloud recording with transcription is enabled on your Zoom account, the host can click "Fetch transcript from provider" in the meeting room, then generate, publish and turn the minutes into post-meeting tasks.
- Your AI assistant can also create online meetings on your instruction (for example "set up an online meeting with Chen tomorrow at 3 pm"); it shows the meeting details and waits for your confirmation before creating anything.
- Removing: Settings → Meeting settings → Zoom card → "Disconnect"; the authorization tokens are deleted immediately. You can also remove CreateX under Manage → Added Apps in the Zoom App Marketplace: when Zoom sends us the deauthorization notice, we delete the tokens and Zoom user identifier associated with that authorization within 10 days. Meetings and minutes already created are company data and are retained under the Privacy Policy.
Zoom permissions used: create and read your own meetings, read cloud recording transcripts, and read your basic user profile. CreateX never joins meetings and never reads meetings or recordings unrelated to the Service.
03Tencent Meeting integration guide
- Adding: Settings → Meeting settings → click "Connect" on the Tencent Meeting card → confirm on Tencent Meeting's authorization page → you are returned to CreateX.
- Using: when creating an online meeting, the provider shown is your default provider. To use Tencent Meeting, click "Set as default" on its card in Meeting settings. After a meeting ends you can fetch the cloud transcript and generate minutes, exactly as with Zoom.
- Removing: Settings → Meeting settings → Tencent Meeting card → "Disconnect"; tokens are deleted immediately. You can also revoke access from Tencent Meeting's app authorization management.
04How integration data is handled
- Authorization tokens are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption and are never displayed.
- Transcripts retrieved from a meeting platform are visible only to that meeting's host and invitees; the host can correct speakers and text before publishing.
- After you disconnect or revoke authorization, we no longer access any data from that platform.
- See sections 4 and 5 of the Privacy Policy for details.
