01 · About the role
You'll own the core of CreateX: My Assistant and the digital staff behind it. They take a one-line request, plan the steps, call the right tools, get the work done across systems and hand the result back for a person to confirm. You'll work from the chat interface all the way to backend services, building AI that's both capable and trustworthy.
02 · What you'll do
Design and build agent capabilities: understanding requests, planning steps, calling tools and reporting progress.
Own features end to end, from the chat interface and confirm cards to backend services and data models.
Build evaluation and observability, so agent quality is measurable and failures are traceable.
Build permissions, confirmations and audit trails into the system, so AI only does what it's allowed to.
Work with product and design to find problems in real workflows and shape the solutions.
03 · What we're looking for
Several years of full-stack experience, including complete production features you shipped yourself.
Strong TypeScript across the stack (React, Node.js).
Hands-on experience building LLM applications or agents: prompting, tool calling, retrieval or evals.
A reliability and security mindset. You know AI makes mistakes, and you design for it.
The ability to break down complex problems and explain them clearly in writing.
04 · Nice to have
Experience with enterprise software, collaboration or workflow products.
Electron or React Native experience.
Familiarity with voice, meetings or real-time collaboration tech.
Experience with self-hosted deployments and running containers in production.
